IBTK products are 100% digital — nothing is physically shipped. Here is exactly how and when you receive what you buy.
Digital delivery only
Every product in the IBTK ecosystem is a digital file, template, prompt pack or hosted tool. No physical goods are produced, packaged or shipped, so no shipping fees or courier timelines apply.
Delivery time
Access is granted instantly after a successful payment. Download links and access instructions are shown on the confirmation screen and emailed to the address used at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
Accessing your files
Download links remain available from your confirmation email. Files are provided in standard formats (PDF, Notion, CSV, ZIP) and can be re-downloaded if a link expires — just contact us with your order email.
Delivery issues
If nothing arrives within 30 minutes, check your spam and promotions folders first. If it is still missing, email hello@instantbiztoolkit.com with your order email and we will restore access, typically within one business day.
Incorrect email at checkout
If you entered the wrong email address, contact us with your payment reference and we will re-issue delivery to the correct address after verifying the purchase.
