Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund window
You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Requests outside this window are reviewed at our discretion and are usually declined once files have been downloaded.
When we refund
Duplicate charges, files that cannot be delivered or opened, products materially different from their description, or accidental purchases reported before download are refunded in full.
When we cannot refund
We generally cannot refund downloaded files simply because you changed your mind, bought the wrong product after downloading it, or expected features clearly not listed on the product page.
How to request
Email instantbiztoolkit@gmail.com from your order email with your payment reference and a short note about the issue. We reply within one business day.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider typically takes 5–10 business days to post the amount.
Subscription cancellations
Recurring plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the paid period. Cancelling stops future billing; partial periods already used are not pro-rated.
